Linh Pham worked very hard as a Supply Teacher for The Canadian Mothercraft Society...She was attentive to all of the Infant/children in their daily requirements, followed the program and was friendly to all parents and staff...She was punctual, took initiative and was very cooperative performing her duties in always a professional manner. She was a kind and patient teacher and a pleasure to work with.

Kind, loving, and patient are the words I would use to describe Linh Pham. She will go the extra mile to ensure everyone around her is having a positive and welcoming experience. Linh inspires our staff and students to be their best and always supports us along the way. Working with her for the past 2 years has been a great pleasure and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner.

I first worked with Linh when she was a student teacher in the Toddler room at Mothercraft Eaton Centre Child Care. Immediately, I knew we were given a gem of a student when she arrived! Linh was gentle and calm with the children, yet set appropriate boundaries, expected age-appropriate behaviour and followed through with set limits. The children adored her! When Linh was hired on as staff at the center, she continued to be a wonderful addition to the team. She was friendly, empathetic and professional with families, and all the children in the centre were always ecstatic to see her – even the ones in other rooms! Linh planned developmentally appropriate yet challenging learning activities, she was never shy to get down on the floor and engage with them, she was a teacher yet also a friend to every child. Her quiet, calm and loving demeanor was exemplary. Anyone could see the true empathy and love that Linh had for every child she interacted with. I had the privilege of seeing Linh develop from a student to a competent, professional early childhood educator, and I would not hesitate to recommend her in any work regarding young children and their families.

I know Linh since she was preparing to get her diploma in early childhood education! She was one of our best student! Very interested in learning more to improve her skills. After she got her diploma, we had the chance to work together! Linh is a very good teamwork, a dedicated teacher with a positive attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Linh again if the opportunity arose.

Ms. Linh is so caring and considerate with my kids! She goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful learning experience and my kids just love her. I also think she is great with parents because she listens to and considers my requests and she is very easy to talk to. Thank you Ms. Linh!

My son used to cry every time I dropped him off. It was a huge struggle every morning. But when Miss Linh started working at OPCC she made sure to make my son felt comfortable and happy there. It was seriously like magic. He stopped crying in the morning and would give me a kiss and would say "bye mommy you can go now". Miss Linh is such a pleasant, heartwarming, and happy teacher. She is so kind to the kids. She has this energy that makes the kids love her so much.

My daughter attended Future Scholars CC (FSCC) since it opened in Sept. 2021 and she recently left in April because we moved to another city. Realizing that Athena would no longer be with Ms. Linh was one of the saddest days in our lives. Athena LOVES Ms. Linh and still asks for her until this day. Ms. Linh's programming is engaging and educational. Her genuine kindness, respect, and love for each student is apparent. We're so grateful for Ms. Linh because she helped shape Athena into the little girl she is today. If you're looking for a home-based daycare centre, look no further than FSCC.

My son attended future scholars since he was 2 years old. Looking back at old videos and comparing to now, he’s grown and learned so much at FS I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation enough.

We went from a little boy that could only say one or two words at a time, to a grown toddler speaking in sentences, citing the alphabet, learning to zip up his jacket and so much more. This couldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for an amazing teacher like Ms. Linh! She is one of the most sweet, caring, kind and patient person I’ve ever met. Ms. Linh is the perfect teacher you could ask for for your child. Her qualities gave my son a sense of comfort and trust that made his experience a positive one. I believe that every child thrives successfully when they have this trust to be able to learn and grow.

I really enjoyed the small class size and how personal Ms. Linh is able to be with each kid. It allows for more time spent one on one and her being able to cater to each child’s specific needs. If I could I would have my son there longer. Future scholars has become like a family to us and I can say with confidence you will not be disappointed in choosing Ms. Linh

Future Scholars is a phenomenal home daycare and we couldn't have found a better place for our little one. The daycare runs on the main floor of the house and the space is filled with natural light and fresh air. Linh often rearranges and decorates the children's play area depending on the season or holiday with the children's artwork. Our child attended FS from the age of 2 - 4 and Linh worked with us through every developmental stage and milestone with patience and kindness. From teaching manners and using their words, to potty training, to learning ABC's, to nurturing the curiosity within the children with science experiments and nature walks, to becoming self-sufficient for kindergarten, to hosting the best Christmas parties and graduation ceremony for the kids and parents... Linh did it all. All that said, the real testimony is the fact that my child always looked forward to going to daycare and pick up at the end of the day was always difficult because he never wanted to leave FS. Even now, as he attends kindergarten he still asks about "auntie" frequently! We will forever be thankful for the big role Linh played in shaping our child to be the person he has become. HIGHLY recommend!!

Our daughter was enrolled at Future Scholars for five months and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Miss Linh is truly passionate about her work and takes great pride in guiding the children she takes care of. In the short time that our daughter was at FS, we grew to love Miss Linh and the FS crew. We saw tremendous development in her speech communication, her interactions with others and overall development. She was able to continue to practice her skill development in a safe and supportive environment - things like putting on her socks / shoes, coat, hat; playing nicely with other children as well as meal time etiquette.

The quality of care at Future Scholars is remarkable. Their days are structured and balanced with free play time, circle time, outdoor and indoor time, meal time and rest.

Finding someone to trust your child with can be hard and Miss Linh did everything she could to make the transition as easy as possible - for both our daughter and us. We did a couple tours of FS and had multiple conversations with Miss Linh. She was professional and patient, answered all our questions and gave us the time and space to ensure FS was a good fit for our family. When our daughter first started, Miss Linh would provide multiple updates which was very comforting. Miss Linh understands that as much as it is a big transition for the child, it is also for the parents.

She continued to provide updates throughout the day with all the important information - nap times, washroom updates, meal time updates as well as all the fun the children were having (photos + videos via an app). Telling Miss Linh that we were moving our daughter to a different school (different area) was extremely tough and emotional because of how attached we all were to Miss Linh and FS.

Our daughter still talks about the friends she made at FS and often asks about going to 'Auntie Linh's.' We love Future Scholars! Our son was welcomed with warmth and open arms into Linh’s beautiful home-based preschool filled with light, colours and fun. The journey to find someone you trust can be difficult but Linh made it very easy with her calm, caring energy. We were not worried about the transition period as we knew he was in good hands and he was comfortable after being able to explore the space beforehand.

She provides a safe space for little ones to learn, grow and explore their interests through kind communication, a range of activities and lots of outdoor adventures. We were always updated with the daily routine through an app whether it was regarding meals, naps or bathroom notes or sweet moments the children shared together. Our little one speaks about preschool often and has applied his learnings in JK with ease and confidence - his teachers were very impressed.

Connecting with Linh has been the best decision we made for our son. We can’t thank Aunty Linh, Uncle T and the family enough for their guidance, support and role they’ve played in allowing our son to become the well adjusted, happy kid he is today.
